Holy Family will be serving Fair Trade (FT) coffee and hot chocolate at the Sunday Continental Breakfasts. As a way to introduce this to the congregation, the Environmental and Fair Trade Ministry will be hosting a FT coffee tasting. At least 3 FT coffees will be offered to sample and parishioners will get to vote on their favorite one to select the coffee to be served at all future Continental Breakfasts. A short video regarding FT will be looped on a laptop for educational purposes on the FT info table.
