Celebrate World Fair Trade Day by joining us at the Teaneck General Store for a lecture by LJ Taylor, Chair of Equal Exchange’s Board of Directors. Taylor will discuss the virtues and importance of Fair Trade and the many complexities in producing the perfect cup of coffee.
Taylor, who previously worked for Starbucks and has traveled to Nicaragua and Peru to meet small-scale farmer partners, remains committed to Fair Trade and co-ops around the world. Equal Exchange is the leading coffee cooperative in the United States and has been the Teaneck General Store’s coffee partner since their inception.
