How do you recruit new leaders as the end of the school year approaches?

Vincent Sullivan-Jacques from Fair Trade Assumption College April 6, 2016

Since it is the beginning of April, it is a good time to start thinking about new leadership or how to sustain a successful leadership structure. If anyone one wants to share thoughts on this transition for your campaign or ask questions about best practices, let’s open up the discussion.

  1. Start planning for fall events before the school year ends in the spring. Getting people invested in and excited about events happening in the new school year will help prevent attrition over the summer.

  3. Keeping social media pages active at the end of the school year and throughout the summer may help reach some members of your student body. You can post messages about how to join your committee and who to contact.
