Four teams will compete to make the best Fair Trade Baked good using only fair trade ingredients. They will be racing against the clock and have only one hour to mix the dish! They will then be judged by faculty here at Saint Mary’s and the winner will receive a fair trade basket and a Gift card for the local co-op!
