Lynn University

Innovative, International, Individualized. These are the traits Lynn University wants to be associated with, traits that are ingrained in the campus’ DNA. Innovation: We can not be innovative if we are behind on the trend, with the demand for Fair Trade products on the rise it’s clear consumers are becoming focused on the impact their purchases make on the world. Though we are a small university we recognize our buying power is immense, using our wallets as a way to ensure Lynn University puts ‘our money where our mouth is’ by purchasing products that are ethically sourced. International: Valuing the sharing of culture Lynn University prides itself on having such a large international student body, how can we value that diversity if our purchases do not leave a positive impact on the world? Individualized: Fair Trade encompasses so much more than wages and work environment. Fair Trade is a vessel for change, an opportunity for consumers to support the causes that matter to them, we understand that fair trade means different things to everyone. Here on campus we are committed to social justice, so it only makes sense to further our commitment to social justice through becoming a Fair Trade University.
