The Redondo Beach Art Group (RBAG) was founded in 2003 to create and promote artistic discussion, to provide camaraderie and encouragement to the artistic community, to collaborate, and to support the visual arts in the South Bay. The goal of RBAG is to support the arts, art education, public art and community involvement. RBAG is looking forward to establishing a Creative Art Center in Redondo Beach that will enhance the lives of South Bay residents, visitors and businesses.

Membership in the group is open to all artists residing and workingin the South Bay and to people interested in furthering the arts and the cultural scene in Redondo Beach. Member artists in the group work in ceramics, digital arts, glass, fabric, metal, oil and acrylic painting, sculpture of all kinds, works on paper, photography, mosaic, jewelry, garment design, watercolor, assemblage, installation art and more.

RBAG meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM, at the Redondo Beach Historic Library in Veteran’s Park just South of the Waterfront complex. Guests and those interested in membership are encouraged to attend.
