Fair Trade Minneapolis
We encourage people to choose Fair Trade products so farmers & artisans earn a fair & sustainable living, the environment is protected, & products including chocolate are made slave free.
Program 1: Learn about the current status of Fair Trade, & organize to best promote Fair Trade. We meet via Zoom every 2nd Monday at 7:30 pm central time, from mid-February to early July, and from mid-September to mid-November. All are welcome!
Program 2: Post our Fair Trade Awards at retailers & cafes that sell Fair Trade products to celebrate how many different Fair Trade products each retailer sells. We’re giving our awards to small businesses & food co-ops first.
Please “like” our Facebook page. Find links to our Zoom meetings here. We’re a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Donations would be gratefully accepted.
