Educational Table on UMBC’s Fair Trade Campaign and SEED Coffee

During lunch at True Grit’s Dining Hall, a table will be set up with informational cards about fair trade certification as well as stickers. When students (or other people eating lunch at the dining hall) approach, they will be offered the informational papers, given samples of Fair Trade coffee, and informed of UMBC’s campaign to achieve fair trade designation (and the associated requirements).
