Students were able to enjoy some Lake Champlain hot chocolate in mocha and traditional flavors. They were able to use toppings such as whipped cream, coconut flakes, chocolate and/or caramel drizzle, Equal Exchange bittersweet chocolate chip, white chocolate chips, Heath toffee bits, mini marshmallows, french vanilla and chocolate hazelnut pirouettes, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper! With such a wide variety of topping, students enjoyed this free event. We posted on social media alerting the student body about the event and followed it with a post educating students about Fair Trade.
