Using UMBC’s recently installed Teaching Kitchen area, a class will be taught on making homemade fudge. This fudge will utilize Fair Trade Chocolate. Additionally, as students learn how to make the fudge, they will be informed of the fact that the chocolate that they are using is Fair Trade as well as of the benefits of Fair Trade products. The event will occur from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Wednesday, November 13th, 2019.
