World Fair Trade Day 2016 at SLMS

In honor of World Fair Trade Day, we encouraging students to pledge their support and “be an agent for change!” The week of May 9th, we will be raising awareness of Fair Trade within the school through all-school announcements and an educational display in the cafeteria. As part of the display, students are invited to post their own statements about how they will personally become an agent for change. We hope that students feel compelled to get creative and proudly post their ideas. Those who participate will be entered into a drawing for a Fair Trade gift basket.
