Saint Joseph’s University will be hosting its first annual food week featuring:
(1) 10.20 – A showing of Growing Cities: A film about urban agriculture in the US (6:00 – 7:30PM) in the Mandeville Teletorium.
(2) 10.22 – Food 101. A Panel Presentation (6:00 – 7:30PM) in the Mandeville Teletorium. This panel will provide information about fair trade and what it means to be organic and local foods.
(3) 10.23 – Food Market featuring fair trade and local foods in the Campion Courtyard. Local vendors including Philly Fair Trade Roasters, Honey Grow, Weaver’s Way Community Programs, Metropolitan Bakery, Mom’s Natural Market will be providing fair trade and locally grown foods
