Does anyone have good tips for generating media attention for Fair Trade / Fair Trade events?

  2. Don’t wait for them to come to you-reach out to the media-we use the local nespaper, the TV stations, Church bulletins and the free resourses that are available from Equal Exchange & Global Exchange-Fair Trade -I use their templates.

  3. Thanks for the good suggestions. We’re doing a kid-friendly event next, so hope the local paper will want to cover it as they usually like that kind of thing!

  4. Fair Trade Princeton has done some great work with Kids! There is a local magazine that has a kids section and they got in the magazine through providing healthy recipes for kids using FT ingredients.
