What are some of the best recruitment practices?
With many individuals graduating or moving on to other positions, they leave behind them their campaigns. In some cases, this might mean that the campaigns are losing their leaders. How do we fix this situation? RECRUITMENT 🙂
What are some of the best recruitment strategies/tactics that you’ve found to be the most helpful when there is a potential turnover in leadership for your campaign? Which strategies/tactics did you not find to be as helpful?

Hi Jackie,
We have a hard time with this also. We are still working with some
students at SDSU. We had some FT events at two of the resident halls to
recruit new members. We had over 100 sign up to support FT on campus but
no one wanted to be a leader. The professor in charge does not do much to
support the movement. Recently I gave a talk to the San Diego Commission
against Human Trafficking and 3 SDSU students attended and signed up to be
active on campus. We will be connecting with them when school resumes in
January.
