We have been replacing our soccer balls with Fair Trade Soccer balls from Senda Athletics . In one of the junior high classrooms, a video from Senda Athletics was shown to see how this company is making a difference for the workers.

A local cafe has agreed to sell Fair Trade- certified tea and chocolate, products provided by our parish and in partnership with our ministry. Approx. 78% of the profit from sales goes back to our parish’s ministry, which is exclusively used to purchase more products from CRS.

Fair Trade Curriculum

Teachers have committed to teaching about Fair Trade in all the classrooms during Religion once a month. Games will be incorporated. We will use some of the ” Win Win Solutions, from Equal Exchange curriculum and Fair Trade in the Classroom.
