Outreach to Knight’s Cove

CRS Ambassadors met with representatives from Metz Dining Services and requested that fairtrade options be made available. Metz made several products available as well as educating their workers about what fairtrade is. Metz has been monitoring how well the various fairtrade products have been selling in order to meet the needs of the students.
